Immune Support Snaps

What is a Honuka Immune Support Snap?

A world-first way to take Vitamin C and D3 – liposomal Vitamin C and D3 held in a Mānuka honey base. No capsules, no gels, no chalky aftertaste – just snap, squeeze, and go.

What does "liposomal" mean?

Liposomes are tiny spheres made from phospholipids – similar materials to your own cell membranes – that wrap around and protect each nutrient as it travels through digestion, helping your body make better use of it compared to a standard tablet or capsule.

How is this different from other Liposomal Vitamin C or D3 products?

Most liposomal supplements use an alcohol or glycerol base, which can taste unpleasant. Honuka's Mānuka honey base means the same liposomal technology, without the compromise on taste.

Why does Honuka use honey instead of a synthetic base for its snaps?

Mānuka honey acts as a natural preservative, which means our Liposomal Snaps don't need the alcohol or glycerol base most liposomal supplements rely on – the ones that tend to taste unpleasant. It's also where the flavour comes from.

What are the ingredients in your snaps?

The ingredients in our formulation include honey, soy lecithin (to form tiny plant based bubbles protecting the vitamins ), olive oil , vitamin C, and vitamin D.

Are these safe for all ages?

Honuka Immune Support Snaps are safe for all, apart from babies 12 months and under.

Are snaps safe for pregnant women?

Every pregnancy is unique. We recommend consulting your healthcare professional before using any Honuka products during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. They’ll be best placed to advise you based on your individual needs and circumstances.

How should I store my snaps?

Honuka snaps are best stored in a cool, dark place under 25°C

Where can I buy Honuka snaps?

Directly from our website, and in-store from Chemist Warehouse and at select Pharmacies nationwide.

Honey

What makes Mānuka honey better than regular honey?

Mānuka honey comes from the nectar of the Mānuka flower, native to New Zealand, and contains naturally occurring compounds – including Methylglyoxal (MGO) – not found in the same concentration in regular honey.

What is UMF, and why does it matter?

UMF (Unique Mānuka Factor) is an independent quality and purity grading system for Mānuka honey, testing for markers like MGO to verify authenticity and potency. [Confirm: is Honuka's honey UMF certified, and if so, what rating? This is worth stating explicitly if true, as it's a genuine trust signal used heavily by Comvita and NZ Honey Co.]
